    I got diabetes type one in 1996 two and half years after leaving the service in 1993. I was in the persian gulf in 1991 for probably 8 months. Diabetes does not run in my family at all and i get the worst kind of diabetes. I know it has something to do with that war. I had other things that were going on back then hard to explain anyways has anyone received a service connected pension from diabetes type one and gulf war
