Yes, they denied my claim back in or around 2002. I was in the middle of oil well fires for some time. But again, nothing in my medical records or during the Gulf Registry physical. I retired in 1993 and started with asthma like symptoms in 1995. The civilian doc said I just had asthma. To this day I still take inhalers and singulair. Twenty years now and still the same effects. I just got tired of the run around by the VA in Raleigh . Now that i'm older I really think more about my wife and 14 year old son.
