My husband was in the gulf war in 1990-1991 and 2010-11 and it first started right after we were married in 1991. It would burn so bad when having sex. The military drs told us to use condoms. Yeah that didn’t work. I became pregnant with my son and I had problems during the pregnancy. He was very large 9lbs 9 oz a week late and he had a respiratory infection and a blocked tear duct, born 4/1993 I found out I had to get a laparoscopy about 3 months after giving birth. I had a large ovarian cyst. I then had to get a second laparoscopic surgery a few moths later, I had another cyst, a streptococcus infection in the womb and was told I was infertile. I had women issues really bad the entire time. I then got pregnant with my 2nd child a daughter. She was born in 1996. My son was not reaching milestones abs was diagnosed adhd and he wasn’t growing or gaining weight. My daughter was born with a rash on her bottom and jaundice and an igg issue that was passed off as normal. She had the rash for years. She also has a weird deformity if her ear canals and required 2 sets of pe tubes,allergies they said that were seasonal? She also had a choroidal eye mole that her eye dr is watching now as an adult as a rare eye cancer? She has hypothyroidism was diagnosed at 12. She rejected her hepatitis vaccine and had to be revaccinated 2 times ? I had her immunized against hpv she rejected it and caught it? She too has the same women issues I experienced starting. I ended up getting a hysterectomy from cervical cancer starting and an adenomyoma in 2014. 2001 when we pcsd to Germany’s when we arrived in Frankfurt I began breaking out with sores that bled on my head? I passed out and was transported to the German hospital. I found out that I tested postiive for lupus and walking pneumonia? I suffer from arthritis now inflammatory, osteoarthritis, lupus, they think ms I have spinal cord spasms , left ventricular aneurism , leaky heart valves, vocal cord paralysis on the right side , venous insufficiency, and more, we don’t even have sex it burns like fire , my husband has melanoma and weird dry patches all over his body that bleed and flake, he’s starting to get arthritis and other similar things I have with neurological issues, I am going blind I have optic neuritis, my daughter is now getting migranes that aren’t explained she’s 24 now, my son is 27 he is 87 lbs and looks like a skeleton ? I don’t know but what is weird is the new dr I’m seeing since he retired tested everything. I am not producing adrenal, not producing testosterone, estrogen, or coq10 and bone cancer starting. It hurts to be alive. Where is our compensation. We get to die all of us including my husband for serving our country. We all scarified with our livelihood as they took our away. No one has contacted us ever to follow up after any gulf war illness. I may not know how much longer I have left but I will say this, our soldiers and families deserve better than this. We deserve justice, compensation and it altered our dna. My dr said that something altered it a poison .
