Agree. All of the training dollars spent on the NPs and Drs. and they are only going to go back to their closed cube and formulate their own opinion. What is especially disconcerting is the practitioners guide that assists these professionals in asking the optimal questions. I have yet to be asked if I have any concern over toxic exposure. When I asked questions regarding my unrelenting fatigue I too was told it does not exist. Yet the NIH and CDC confirms it as a diagnosable condition. Would love to see the memo that went out early on that advised these VA doctors and NPs to disregard or downplay this illness. Perhaps it would be wise to have a Gulf War reunion and invite all of the naysayers so that they could see just what our fellow troops are going through. Not that it would matter because the millions that have been spent on research have all led back to the VA denying the existence of such illnesses.
