I have heard my dad talk about this same issue every since I was a kid. He would go on, and on with his other military buddies. This has become one of the biggest flops in VA’s hopes to better themselves. For example, the president stated to the VA once before, if A VETERAN FEARED FOR THEIR LIFE in a hostile location, and the location is listed on their DD214, this is all the verification the VA would need at most to determine PTSD, but no the VA has to make it a dying breed to make note of the veteran’s claim.

Some claim investigators will say "well you may have been in the Iraqi conflict, but how do we know you were in a hostile location". Are you kidding me? This has got to be the most ridiculous VA leadership ever. My thoughts are; if they give out more money per year than they get in, it would be harder for them to take lavish trips, much like the money which is being asked to account for now.

Actually denying a veteran their right to a benefit set forth by Congress is a violation of their Civil Rights.
