  1. The VBA's and the VAMH's just don't communicate with each other or verify the medical condition properly and timely.

    That is correct because things that are in a medical records and things that are related to the vetetan's complaints are not taken into account. I was having problems with my GI systems when I was in the military that is well documented and it has gotten progessively worst and for some reason it is not connected as a part of my complaint, diagnosis or rectification which hasn't been effective.
