    Our son born in 2000 has cerebral palsy and ankle and palate defects. Was not aware that birth defects were connected to desert storm until applying for disability in 2019 http://www.whale.to/vaccine/cantwell2.html 2019. After reading this I called a lawyer. I volunteered to go to desert storm, my son did not. This would be a personal injury, medical malpractice and criminal charge. Waiting for VA to decide, I have more appointments with them.
